Good dogs aren’t born. They’re trained.
Balanced dog training that holds up in real life: on walks, at home, and everywhere you want to bring them. Serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.
Find the right programYour dog is always learning.
The question isn’t whether they’re learning. It’s what.
From the day they come home, whether it’s as a puppy, a rescue, or an adult dog, they’re figuring out the rules. What gets attention? What’s allowed? Where are the boundaries? If we’re not clear about what we expect, they’ll come up with their own answers.
Whether you just brought home a puppy and want to start on the right foot, or you’ve hit your breaking point and something has to change, we’ll help you set clear expectations your dog can actually understand.

Meet Your Trainers
We believe good trainers should never stop learning. Our approach is grounded in established training principles, hands-on learning with professional trainers, and working with dogs beyond our own. We continue to learn from different trainers and methods so we can adapt to the dog in front of us instead of forcing every dog into the same system.
Audrey Liberati
Trainer
Training my first dog is what pulled me into this world, and working with different dogs has taught me quickly that what works for one won’t always work for another. I love finding ways to meet a dog’s natural needs, give them meaningful mental and physical outlets, and problem-solve through the things that make everyday life harder.
The goal is a dog who gets to be a dog and a companion you can confidently enjoy life with. I also know that training only lasts if it transfers to you, so I focus on making the why behind what we’re doing clear and practical for the person holding the leash.
Elena Guerra
Trainer
I grew up with a Lab named Calvin and saw firsthand how much the right training and structure could change everyday life with a dog. With the help of a professional trainer, he became a dog we could confidently enjoy life with off leash.
What I love most is seeing the work pay off, not just in what a dog can do, but in how much easier life becomes together. I want to help dogs become companions their families can confidently live with and include in their lives, especially when better communication and structure can help keep a dog in the home they already have.
Common Questions
What training methods and tools do you use?
We’re balanced trainers. Most of what we teach starts with rewards—food, toys, play, and praise—to help dogs understand what we’re asking and make training something they want to participate in. Once a dog understands a skill, we also teach clear boundaries and accountability so those skills hold up when real life gets distracting.
Depending on your dog and your goals, we may use a flat collar and leash, slip lead, prong collar, long line, or e-collar. We choose tools based on the dog in front of us and what we’re working toward, and we’ll teach you how and why we use them.
Will training change my dog’s personality?
Our goal isn’t to change who your dog is. We want to give them clearer expectations and help you communicate with each other more effectively while keeping the personality you love.
Training should help your dog navigate everyday life more successfully, not turn them into a robot. We pay attention to how each dog responds and adjust our approach accordingly.
How do I know which program is right for my dog?
You don’t need to figure that out before reaching out. Tell us what everyday life with your dog looks like now, what you’d like to change, and how involved you want to be in the training process. We’ll help you choose the option that makes the most sense for you and your dog.
